- Drinking Water Treatment Plant Operator — Grade 4, Lynn, MA (2.5 years)
Brian brings extensive field experience and proven project leadership in drinking water and wastewater operations.
- Worked with the Lynn Water and Sewer Commission on a Grade 4 plant (20,000,000 MGD).
- Held the highest operator rating in Massachusetts and routinely operated the facility alone overnight and during the COVID‑19 pandemic.
- Responsible for continuous laboratory monitoring and daily plant operations.
- Served as Shift Supervisor, overseeing all phases of operations and maintenance.
- Held a role with qualifications that included authority to open the border barrier and responsibility for protecting U.S. ecological interests related to flows from Tijuana, Mexico.
- Passed the State of California examination and holds full Grade 5 operator licensure.
- Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator — Grade 5, International Boundary Water Commission (35 MGD)
