Field Experience and Project Leadership
Since 2002, Northeast Environmental Engineering has provided on-site domestic wastewater design and drinking water services from our Danvers, MA, and Lakeside, CA, offices. Brian holds MA EIT status and licenses as a sanitarian, soil evaluator, and treatment‑plant operator, and he contributed to planning, design, and permitting for industrial water projects and Title V onsite septic systems under MA, ME, and NH regulations in his earlier years.
Brian has built long‑standing working relationships with land surveyors, engineers, cost estimators, city and town engineering staff, environmental commissions, and health departments. He has expertise in subsurface wastewater operation, design, disposal, and public‑health regulations and has provided environmental health consultation and services to municipal and industry clients.
Brian served as project manager for a 4,000‑wet‑ton contaminated municipal sludge lagoon cleanup in New Hampshire, performs Title V inspections and other wastewater services, and remains active in Southern California, Kansas, and Texas. He earned First Place in the 2016 NEWEA Ops Challenge — Process and Safety Events — at the joint NE/NJ/NYWEA conference.
